Job Description
What you need to do
- Monitors live CCTV feed across all key areas including entry/exit points, loading bays, and storage zones to detect suspicious activity or operational irregularities.
- Identify and report security breaches, safety violations, or incidents in real-time to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Support gate operations by visually verifying all incoming and outgoing people and vehicles.
- Observe high-value goods and sensitive zones to prevent theft, mishandling, or unauthorized access.
- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS), ensuring all systems are functioning effectively.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, archive surveillance footage, and retrieve recordings upon request for investigations or audits.
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in a CCTV monitoring, security, or control room role is preferred — however, entry-level candidates may also be considered with training.
- A Diploma or G.C.E. O/L qualification is required.
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent post-secondary education is an added advantage.
- A certificate or diploma in security management, IT, or electronics will be a strong advantage.
- English communication skills, both written and verbal.
