OFFICER OPERATIONS

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM), the nation’s leader in Human Resource Management, is seeking a dynamic and results oriented candidate for the post of Officer – Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STUDENT MANAGEMENT AND RETENTION

  • Monitor validation and CRM reports; update student status
  • Maintain centralized records and submit monthly dropout analysis reports.

TVEC OPERATIONS

  • Oversee all TVEC-related processes and ensure regional centers comply with standards.
  • Update programme data and coordinate timely submissions to the Quality Assurance Division.

PROGRAMME VALIDATION & STUDENT STATUS MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain enrolment and attendance records.
  • Coordinate exam eligibility lists, monitor payment status, and validate student documentation.

BATCH TRANSFERS & REJOINING

  • Facilitate batch changes and rejoining processes in line with policy.
  • Track, audit, and update CRM records; coordinate with IT and system developers.

PROGRAMME SUMMARY & DATA REPORTING

  • Keep the programme summary sheet up to date with active student numbers, class coordinators, and batch completions.
  • Generate operational reports to support planning and resource allocation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Education Management.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in administrative/student operations, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, data analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Passion for continuous process improvements.

Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
