Process Associate - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliations, with diligent follow-up and resolution of non-reconciling items in accordance with agreed KPIs.
  • Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of books in strict compliance with SLFRS /LKAS.
  • Act as a primary liaison and coordinator with both internal and external auditors for quarterly and annual statutory audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily income and cost control reports.
  • Execute and oversee general ledger clearing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Obtain and validate approvals from relevant management for proper discounts, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial controls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparations, and reconciliation.
  • Currently following or have completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification such as AAT, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, or CA will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
