Job Profile:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate and maintain the OKR-based performance management system.
- Track, report, and act on employee performance and engagement data.
- Assist in identifying learning needs and executing learning and development programs.
- Support career progression and succession planning frameworks.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records on talent movement and employee development.
- Promote internal mobility and cross-functional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a talent management or HR generalist role.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and L&D coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting tools is an added advantage.
