Job Description

The Export Operations Coordinator manages export documentation, ensures compliance with customs regulations, and coordinates shipments with vendors and customs brokers. The role involves resolving issues, maintaining records, and staying updated on trade regulations to ensure efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and manage export documents, ensuring adherence to customs regulations and international shipping laws.
  • Oversee the end-to-end export process, coordinating with clients, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely shipments.
  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and resolve export-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records in logistics systems and generate operational reports for analysis.
  • Address discrepancies, delays, and shipment issues, implementing corrective measures when needed.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and industry standards, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining organized records and providing administrative support to the export operations team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline export processes and maintain operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in export or logistics operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
