Lalan Eco-Latex, a leader in Sri Lanka’s Bedding Comfort Enhancements owned by the Lalan Group of Companies. We are a B.O.I company with numerous factories located at Kaduwela, Katunayake and Kelaniya. Currently, we export our Natural and Organic latex mattresses, pillows and latex products around the world including the United States of America, Canada, China, Europe, Australia, and India. The company continues its inspired journey in developing, manufacturing, and marketing end-to-end bedding comfort solutions to world-renowned brands, whilst empowering sustainable development in the communities it operates in.

We require the services of an efficient, well organized, self-motivated, dynamic and multi-skilled team player to join as a Senior Executive for Marketing and Business Development in our latex mattress & pillow manufacturing plant located at Kaduwela. The selected candidate who displays promise and performs up to expectations could look forward to a steady career with an attractive remuneration package.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field from a recognized university in Sri Lanka, UK, or North America.
• Must be fluent in English including excellent writing skills.
• Communicate with Internal Operations to ensure client’s orders are processed and delivered to the client within a specific period.
• Prepare and Present weekly reports related to monthly orders, customer complaints, revenue collection and new leads.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from clients and continue to provide solutions; exceeding our client’s expectations is a must.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Customer service or Marketing environment.
• Prepare power-point presentations, proposals, and sales contracts in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve each client’s concerns. Communicate and develop relationships with clients. Follow-up and feedback are a must. Follow company protocol for client complaints.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Advanced knowledge in SAP and intermediate accounting will be a definite asset.
