TRAINEE ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

JOB PROFILE

  • Coordinate with the Service Center to manage job-related updates and ensure smooth service operations
  • Liaise with external parties to arrange and follow up on refund processes in a timely manner
  • Work closely with dealers to initiate and complete refund arrangements as per company procedures
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to check and verify debtor outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate records of all coordination activities and provide regular status updates to management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (recent graduates may apply)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Internship or previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work under supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
