Your Role:
- Lead and manage development and bulk orders for assigned accounts from design stage through to shipment.
- Collaborate closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Handle product sampling, costing, pricing negotiations, and approvals for development stages.
- Monitor critical path timelines and ensure timely execution of each stage.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to support innovative product development.
- Manage supplier performance and capacity planning to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports on order status, approvals, and key milestones.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 - 6 years of experience in Merchandising.
- A degree/ Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing or Merchandising.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge on ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Should possess a can do, proactive attitude.
- An excellent team player with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
