Accountant
Requirements
- A Graduate or Qualified in CIMA, ACCA or Charted Accountancy
- Should be a go-getter
- Should be a confident & dynamic team player
- 3-5 years of experience. Experience in Hospitality industry would be certainly an added advantage
- Knowledge in Accounting Standards, Taxation, Compliances and Legal aspects
- Ability to meet deadlines is essential
- Have thorough management accounting expertise combined with auditing background and knowledge of ERP and a high level of computer literacy
- Effective at leadership, well conversed in English
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects
Marketing Executive
Requirements
- Looking for a Confident, Dynamic, Outgoing, and Results from Oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for the below positions. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you are responsible to develop and foster business through proactive direct Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Direct mail, Appointment calls, and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- Good organization and time management skills
- Age between 25 to 45 years
- Very good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
