Primary Responsibilities

To oversee all aspects of employee training and development. This role involves preparing and executing annual and monthly training plans, managing training budgets, and maintaining accurate training records. To collaborate with department heads to assess training needs, ensure effective delivery of programs, and support staff development at all levels. Managing internships, internal and external training resources, re-certification processes, and orientation programs. The role also entails maintaining training materials, ensuring policy compliance, and upholding grooming standards.

Candidate Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Comprehensive experience at least 5 years in managerial and training function
  • Strong Knowledge in Human Resources principles and training
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English, both written and spoken
