RCM TRAINER

As an RCM Trainer, you will be responsible for training both new and existing employees on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, best practices, and compliance requirements. This is an on-site role that requires availability to work according to standard US hours. You will collaborate closely with operations, quality assurance, and HR teams to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee performance and knowledge.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver training programs on RCM, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Denial Management to both new and current employees.
  • Create training materials such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Assess staff training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest RCM practices and incorporate them into training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an RCM role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with training software and tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and processes.
  • Open to work according to standard US hours and the calendar.
