HR ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The role involves carrying out administrative tasks, assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth communication between HR and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing HR responsibilities, including payroll processing, benefits administration,
  • Statutory deductions, and other related strategies.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee compensation data in financial systems.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to forecast HR-related costs and support budget alignment.
  • Generate timely monthly and annual budget reports.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and security of all employee financial and personal records.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in HR or administration.
  • Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and record-keeping.
