Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell land and real estate properties to potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and site visits professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets with dedication and confidence
- Keep updated on market trends & customer preferences
- Work closely with the marketing & legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
- No prior experience required – Training will be provided and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
- Age between 25 – 45 years
- Having a motorbike or driving license is an added advantage (For Boys)
