HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and current industry trends.
  • Responsible for the overall direction of HR and serve as a senior level advisor on HR issues to senior management and employees at all levels across the group.
  • Set and review Key Performance Indicators - KPI across the group and link rewards to performance outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team across recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Shape and drive company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Design and manage performance management systems and succession planning.
  • Support leadership in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Lead HR digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading HR in a mid to large-scale organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR technologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
