Junior Accounts Executive

General profile:

• Should be enthusiast, self-starter person and be a team player.
• Great organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Online Quick books is a must.
• Good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Sinhalese.
• Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Qualification: Chartered accountancy executive level or AAT qualified students.
• Working knowledge in Travel Company will be an added advantage.

Tasks description

• Maintaining Accounts payable and receivable (suppliers and clients).
• Tax related calculations (APIT & VAT) and handle tax matters.
• Preparing online payments and managing payments.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Accounting related task on ERP.
• Office administration works.
• Company stock handling.

Basic salary to be determined by experience and qualifications.
