ASSISTANT MANAGER – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overlooking, mapping and suggesting possible improvement of the existing process.
  • Identify redundancies and gaps in existing processes and recommend digital transformation solutions.
  • Recommend possible quality improvement efforts within the Organization (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
  • Help to promote a customer service focused culture, continuous improvement and performance measurement.
  • Support the design and implementation of strategic projects to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a bank/finance company is mandatory, with solid exposure to core business areas including leasing, and other retail lending products.
  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, customer journey mapping, and current industry trends.
  • Qualification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/ Green Belt) or any other related will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
