FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
We're looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to make an impact, leveraging your expertise in group consolidation, tax compliance, and financial reporting while driving innovation through process improvements and system enhancements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with SME accounting standards.
- Lead the group consolidation process, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and adjustments.
- Oversee external and internal audits, ensuring timely submissions and full compliance with audit requirements.
- Manage all corporate tax compliance, including computations, return filings, and responding to tax authority inquiries.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes through automation and system upgrades.
- Play a key role in data migration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data handling.
- Utilize Oracle (or similar ERP) to enhance reporting and financial management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fully or Partly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 5-6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, group consolidation, and corporate taxation will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record in data migration processes will be a definitive advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
- Strong ability to independently manage tasks and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an added advantage.
