JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - FINANCE

DEPARTMENT - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

KEY TASKS

• Carry out Accounts Receivable remittance recording and complete bank entries.
• Follow up promptly on claims and price differences; generate debit/credit notes and prepare claim reports for recovery.
• Maintain and clear advance account records.
• Submit a weekly report of pending Accounts Receivable settlements every Friday.

BRING YOUR EXPERTISE

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience as an intern or trainee executive in finance within a similar industry. They are currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification, with preference given to those who hold a relevant degree.
