EXECUTIVE - ADMINISTRATION

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee waste disposal processes in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage janitorial staff to maintain factory cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Renew and maintain company trade licenses by coordinating with government authorities.
  • Assist in facility management.
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Committee to implement safety policies.
  • Address and resolve GMP audit concerns within stipulated deadlines.

Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should possess a degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
  • A Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of labor legislation and statutory requirements.
