Group Head of Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure correct quantities of raw and packing materials at the right price at the right time to maximize production capacities of all production facilities in the group.
- Develop multiple sources for critical materials to make sure the continuity of the businesses.
- Develop and manage a supplier network that has the capability to supply materials, products and services complying with the safety and quality standards claimed by the group companies.
- Effectively manage in bound and out bound Logistics, Finished Goods & Raw Material Warehouses of the Group Companies.
- Provide training and updates to the Supply Chain team on relevant processes and standards, and guide them to consistently meet requirements without deviations.
- Comply with the Group of Companies' policies, procedures and standards and ensure the Supply Chain team adheres to the policies procedures and standards defined.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Management from a recognized Institution.
- MBA in Management from a recognized institution.
- Possess at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in the manufacturing industry with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
The remuneration package will be on par with market rates and will fully reflect the person's qualifications and experience.
