Job Description
You should ideally:
- have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English)
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in leasing sales or a related role in a bank or financial institution.
- Prior exposure to leasing operations and managing a sales force is a definite advantage.
- Strong understanding of leasing products, banking channels, and related financial services.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, IT literacy, and a proven ability to deliver results.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
You will be mainly responsible for:
- Oversee and support the daily operations and functions of the Leasing Sales Team.
- Prepare performance reports, statistics, and data analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and manage the sales incentive program.
- Coordinate all leasing lead activities between the sales team and relevant internal departments.
- Lead and implement leasing promotions and campaigns across the country to increase volumes.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce operational risk.
