Accounts Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with data entry and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks is an added advantage
