Job Role
- New initiatives to enhance corporate customer experience of contact to corporate accounts
- Manage key corporate customer accounts effectively
- Assure to meet service levels of all inquiries at all times
- Execute activities related to additional revenue generation through existing customers
- Initiate activities to develop relationships with existing customers
- Monitor and provide feedback on corporate consumption variations
- Support other functions in implementation of new initiatives related to corporate customer management
Requirements
- GCE A/L
- Part or full qualification in SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing / Merchandising roles, ideally in FMCG sector
- Strong sales, and relationship building skills
- Should possess excellent analytical, organization, negotiation and people skills
- Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently and with responsibility
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Sinhala, English. Knowledge in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
