Quality Assurance Assistant / Quality Controller
Candidate Profile
- A/L in Science / Maths / Agriculture / Bio-system Technology is mandatory.
- Diploma related to Food Science / Food Technology / Agriculture or any relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Preferably male who are able to work on shift basis (including night shifts).
- Previous experience in food industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age below 25 years.
Responsibilities
- Assist with in-process quality assurance activities according to the ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP, SLS & Halal guidelines.
- Manage in-process quality control activities related to in process products, finished products, intermediate and manufacturing facilities.
- Section-wise document handling and record keeping according to the QMS of the company.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assessments on incoming raw materials and packing materials.
- Collaborate with other departments for continual improvements.
- Conduct internal calibrations as per the annual calibration plan.
