ASSISTANT MANAGER-TREASURY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity for operational requirements.
  • Manage banking relationships and execute payments and fund transfers.
  • Analyze market trends and execute short- and long-term investment strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
  • Maintain all treasury-related documentation and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Prepare periodic treasury reports and provide analytical insights to support decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, financial institutions, and investment counterparties.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate bank reconciliations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • QA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a treasury or corporate finance role, with direct exposure to cash investments, is compulsory.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, banking operations, and financial instruments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results within defined timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market conditions for investment opportunities.
