Trainee RCM
Job Summary
Trainee RCM is a position open for fresher’s who are willing to join the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. You will be getting an overall exposure of the RCM industry processes throughout the training Period.
Essential functions
- Perform the role of AR collections, payment posting and medical Billing for US based clients.
- Managing the daily tasks under supervision whilst ensuring effective communication among the departments.
- Responsible for completing daily deliverables on a Timely manner.
- Deliver high quality work products under set timelines.
What we are looking for?
- Should have minimum GCE A/L qualification with good results.
- Ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command in English both written & verbal.
- Ability to work in the night shift (US hours).
