Production Supervisor – Shift Basis
We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor – Shift Basis to lead & manage production activities in our trim manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar field and be capable of planning, monitoring, & ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently during assigned shifts.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trim manufacturing environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on shift basis as per production schedules.
- Strong ability to plan daily/shift production, allocate resources, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Accountable for achieving targeted production output while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to supervise production staff, provide guidance, & ensure adherence to company policies & safety standards.
- Quick decision-making skills to address production issues & minimize downtime.
- Work Location will be Dunagaha, Minuwangoda.
