OPERATION & ADMIN MANAGER

Join the WAGA Group of Companies as our Operations and Administrative Manager and contribute to the seamless functioning of our industry-leading organization, specializing in laboratory instrumentation and ISO 17025-accredited calibration services.
Requirements: Operational Management Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational activities across departments to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
- Manage daily transport logistics to ensure the calibration team’s timely deployment to various locations.
- Monitor and manage the workload of the calibration and support teams, tracking assignments and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations, enhance workflows, and improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on operational and HR metrics to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management for operations and resources, ensuring efficient allocation.
- Overseeing building maintenance.
Qualification
- Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and administrative management.
- Proven ability to manage daily operations, logistics, and resource allocation effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively.
Administrative Duties
- Supervise administrative tasks, including documentation, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to achieve operational goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and accountability.
