WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. COMPLIANCE OFFICER-: Base Location - Horana
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for compliance testing, investigations
- Develop policies, procedures and SOPs with regard to hospital, pharmacy and laboratory finance functions and ensure staff adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cash & credit card collection of the hospital, billing SOPs guidelines, doctor payments and liability.
- Maintain FA Register, Asset Tagging & Tracking, Conduct FA Physical verification, Audit & compliance.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal or External Audit.
- Good command of MS Excel and Other financial tools.
- High attention to detail and ethical integrity.
- Energy, determination to work hard and self-motivation with Good analytical skill.
2. FINANCE EXECUTIVE-: Based Location - Horana
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for daily accounting operations
- Manage and verify Accounts receivables by maintaining accurate customer accounts, Monitor outstanding receivables.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and other reconciliations as required.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Good command of MS Excel and Other financial tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
