ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular credit risk reviews of the lending portfolio in accordance with the Company's credit policy, and prepare comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations for submission to Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage operational risk, identify, assess, monitor, and report operational risks across the organization to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance with the regulatory and internal standards.
  • Carry out pre-approval screening of Credit Appraisals routed through Risk Management Department.
  • Ensure timely submission of Comprehensive Management Information reports to the Management & Board of Directors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Finance/Management/Statistics and/or professional Qualification in Banking & finance /CIMA/CA/ACCA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Banking & Finance industry with 2 years experience in Credit Underwriting, Credit Risk Review & Operational Risk.
  • Excellent communication, report writing & presentation skills in English.
  • Advanced skills in Excel & MS Office application suite is a must.
