Consultancy Vacancy: Mental Well-Being First Aid Handbook for LGBTIQ+ Community
A project supported by the Direct Aid Program (DAP) of the Australian Government
Équité is seeking to recruit a consultant to develop a Mental Well-Being First Aid Handbook tailored to the unique needs of the LGBTIQ+ community and mental health professionals in Sri Lanka.
Scope of Work:
- Needs Assessment: Survey LGBTIQ+ individuals and mental health service providers to identify key mental health needs
- Consultations: Facilitate meetings with Mental Health Professionals & Civil Society Organizations
- Attend 3-4 planning & review meetings with Équité
- Peer Review: Present first draft in English to experts & CSOs
- Coordinate translations and accessibility adaptations
