Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Assist with orders, returns, and product inquiries
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Design and publish product visuals and interactive content

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer support tools
  • Ability to design content (banners, product posts, etc.)
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset
