Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy
- Assist with orders, returns, and product inquiries
- Manage social media accounts
- Design and publish product visuals and interactive content
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer support tools
- Ability to design content (banners, product posts, etc.)
- Self-driven and proactive mindset
