DEPUTY MANAGER STUDENT ENROLLMENT & PROMOTIONS

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is a world-class professional body that takes pride in being the change-makers in Sri Lanka’s dynamic accounting arena. In addition, the Institute is nurturing the next generation of accounting professionals, with a student base of 30,000 actively engaged in their journey towards becoming Chartered Accountants. CA Sri Lanka is seeking an outstanding professional with a high level of responsibility, dedication, creativity, competence, drive, and adaptability to take over the above position.

What will you do?

As the Deputy Manager Student Enrollment, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of CAs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Vision: Execute innovative recruitment plans that resonate with our values & objectives, ensuring a diverse & talented student body.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong partnerships with schools and universities, learning partners, colleges, government bodies, & other community organizations to establish CA Sri Lanka as the preferred choice for prospective students.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of recruitment & services, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented atmosphere to achieve the recruitment targets.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with various internal & external stakeholders to deeply understand our programme offerings, enabling you to effectively communicate the unique benefits to potential students.
  • Innovative and Analysis: Utilize cutting edge methods to engage with prospective students across various channels while also analyzing recruitment data to continually refine our strategies.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • A Degree/full professional qualification from a recognized university in Marketing/relevant discipline.
  • Outstanding IT skills & communication skills to connect with the stakeholder network.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Previous experience in the education sector/similar capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Be self-driven, target-oriented, passionate towards achievements and with sound PR and interpersonal skills.
  • Age below 35 years.
