IMMEDIATE VACANCY

Hangover Hostels is the largest and the trendiest Hostel Chain in the country providing accommodation to foreign budget travelers and have won consecutive awards as the Best Sri Lanka Hostel from Hostel World, the biggest online hostel booking site in the World.

We are hiring highly motivated, dynamic and sociable individuals for our hostels located across the country in exotic locations such as Ella, Mirissa, Arugambay, etc. You will have the opportunity to work across all our locations and gain knowledge and experience of each location and uniqueness of the areas.

In addition to living and working in a lively hostel environment, he/she will have the opportunity to interact with our hostel guests, organise and take part in day to day activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ability to work both independently and as a Team Player.
• Proactive, Enthusiastic, Organising skills, Multitasking
• We welcome people with hobbies and talents that can be used in day-to-day work (Singing, Playing an Instrument, Hiking, Swimming or anything)
• Must have at least 05 Years experience in similar or an Executive capacity in any field
• Previous Experience in Hospitality, Administration, and Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Dealing with Front Office duties - Check in/out, meeting and greeting guests, handling customer inquiries, trouble shooting
• Organizing special events, theme nights, and excursions for in-house guests
• Overlooking and assisting with the daily operations of the Hostel
• Overlooking and assisting with maintenance and building upkeep
