Executive IPQA-Quality Assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
- Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and processes.
- Conduct operational quality inspections of production premises.
- Monitoring manufacturing and packing IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) activities for cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that batch manufacturing records (BMR), batch packing records (BPR), and routine documentation are updated to the current version.
- Perform sampling activities for sterility, MLT, finished products, process water, intermediate products, retention samples to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Support internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, F&D, QC, stores) to resolve quality-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, etc.).
