MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - IT DEPARTMENT

Management Trainee program is a 02 year on the Job training which will offer the right candidate a comprehensive learning experience of Information Technology functions. Upon successful completion of two years with the performance standards acceptable to the Management, candidates will be absorbed into the Executive Grade of the Bank’s cadre.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science, Information Security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good presentation and analytical skills
• Must be an individual with extremely positive attitudes
• Experience in managing IT Operations, user support, and infrastructure maintenance will be a definite advantage
• Age below 27 years
• Selected candidates should be willing to serve in any part of the country
