Assistant Front Office Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 Years experience in Hospitality industry and 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience with large room inventory in a resort environment.
  • Additional language capability an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage demanding situations.
  • Effective communication skills with strong Listening and Oral skills.
  • Advanced user of OPERA and Eleanor App.
  • Customer focused and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and review financial reports.
  • Interpersonal Skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
