IT ERP EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

• More than one year experience in ERP field
• HND / Diploma in IT related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility to coordinate between ERP service provider, user and the Management
• Review the progress, identify new requirement and coordinate with the service provider and the management for relevant changes
• Identify routine administrative tasks related to ERP
• ERP related training to be conducted when necessary
• Maintaining all relevant documents
• Maintain records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule and follow-up the job status
