CFC Health Care (Pvt) Ltd, Headquartered in Navinna, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive - Human Resources to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an HR Professional with a passion for operational excellence and employee engagement.
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate monthly Payroll using Excel
- Maintain and monitor time and attendance records
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially
- Manage and update employee records (Digital and Physical)
- Draft and respond to employee correspondences
- Manage off boarding process
- Outlet Visits
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law and Statutory requirements
Requirements
- Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR operations including Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Good knowledge of EPF, ETF, Gratuity and final settlements
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
- Attention to details
- Ability to work independently
