Intern - Manufacturing

Bellosé is one of the fastest-growing Personal Care and Beauty product companies in Sri Lanka, having made great strides in the hair, skin care, beauty, and fragrance spaces. With an expanding portfolio of Brands and products, including exciting new ranges and variants, we are planning to strengthen our manufacturing operations and expanding our production footprint to support our growth and innovation ambitions in the coming years.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in production processes, quality control, lean manufacturing, and more. This is a great opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes
• Support data collection and analysis for production metrics
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Help troubleshoot production issues under supervision
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on process documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
