UTILITY OPERATOR

Required Qualifications
- Passed GCE A/L in the Physical Science or Engineering Technology stream, or obtained NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification in machine maintenance or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge and experience in mechanical applications such as pumps, motors, filters, piping and etc.
- Knowledge in Water and Wastewater Treatment systems would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-year experience in relevant field.
- Experience in attending to preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
- Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and attend repairs related to utility machineries (pumps, motors, pipe lines and etc.)
- Keep records of all machine readings, maintenance and repairs.
- Maintenance and repairs on water and wastewater treatment plants, including the handling of related chemicals.
