Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client relationships
- Manage and optimize CRM systems for improved data accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline processes
- Automate and personalize customer interactions to boost engagement
- Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices
- Monitor and report CRM performance metrics for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical mindset with expertise in customer insights and reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
