Job Details:

  • Position: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)
  • Work Location: Office-based role at 136/2, Mahabodhi Mawatha, Kadawatha
  • Work Days: 5.5 days per week or Shift base
  • Salary: Negotiable - based on experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Age: 18 - 40 years
  • Experience in a client-facing role (customer service or sales experience is mandatory)
  • Excellent phone manners (professional, polite, and friendly)
  • Organized, methodical, and responsible work ethic
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
