Trainee – Learning & Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the Head of L&D for the strategic Training Need Analysis process.
  • Coordinate with internal / external training providers and making necessary arrangements for the execution of training programs.
  • Maintain Training related data and provide periodic insights to the head of L&D.
  • Supporting the monthly KPI monitoring process across the organization.
  • Execution of Employee engagement initiatives in the division.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Fresh Graduate / Undergraduate in Human Resource or related field from a recognized University, with a passion for Learning & Development.
  • Strong communication skills with an innovative mindset and creativity are essential components.
  • Self-driven & highly motivated team player, who is willing to achieve results as a team.
