HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The Head of HR will lead the human resources function at ESOFT, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, building a strong organizational culture and enhancing employee performance across all branches. The role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence and people-focused leadership to support ESOFT's continued growth in the education sector.
The Job
- Develop HR strategies together with the senior leadership team to align with overall business strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership team to identify workforce needs and drive organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure alignment of individual, team and branch KPIs are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Guide change management processes during institutional growth, restructuring or modernization.
- Drive employee training and development programs for both academic and non-academic staff.
- Champion initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee salary structures, incentive schemes and benefits administration.
- Benchmark practices to remain competitive in the education industry.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Provide regular reports on HR KPIs to management.
The Person
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related professional qualification.
- Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM or Organizational Development is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing HR for a multi-location organization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute at an operational level.
- In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
