Job Description
The Role
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Managing Leave, attendance & Over time
- Assist in preparing payroll and handling employee benefits.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and company regulations.
- Support other day-to-day HR operational activities.
The Profile
- A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
- A degree in HRM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity for HR officer & one year for HR Assistant.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
