Requirements

  • Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L with a sound academic background
  • Diploma or Certificate-level qualification in Administration or a related field
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client reports and documents
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Pleasant, energetic personality with strong telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Prior experience in administration, procurement, or handling foreign travel arrangements will be an added advantage
  • Self-organized, enthusiastic, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Disciplined team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to adhere strictly to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required
  • Candidates residing in or around Colombo will have an added advantage
