ADMIN COORDINATOR CUM LECTURER

ACADEMY OF ENGLISH

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Admin Coordinator cum Lecturer to join the Academy of English at BCI Campus. This role involves overseeing academic coordination while occasionally engaging in lecturing duties. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ACADEMIC COORDINATION

  • Organize academic schedules, resources, and activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and standards.

LECTURING

  • Deliver lectures in the absence of regular lecturers.
  • Develop, review, and enhance course material and content.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance.

STUDENT ENGAGEMENT

  • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support to students.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and additional learning initiatives.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Maintain academic record and reports.
  • Support the department’s development and outreach activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

AGE:

25 to 40 years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

A degree in Business Management with Diploma in English.

EXPERIENCE:

Prior lecturing experience preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficiency in computers and digital tools.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
