Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - NPD, this will play a key role in developing innovative and market-oriented spice products tailored for both domestic and international markets. This position will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of new product development—from concept generation to commercialization—ensuring alignment with global food trends, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. The role involves hands-on formulation, trial execution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and marketing teams.

This position is ideal for a technically sound, creative, and detail-oriented food technologist who is passionate about flavor innovation and product differentiation in a competitive export market.

Your role will involve,

• Support in the ideation, formulation, and development of new spice blends and value-added products.
• Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
• Work closely with the Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to align on product feasibility and market trends.
• Research international market demands, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and test results.
• Collaborate with packaging and design teams to develop customer-friendly formats.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in NPD within the food/spices industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, and export regulations.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in formulation, testing, and documentation.
