Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across the organization to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute long-term business plans aligned with the company's goals and legacy.
- Oversee sales, marketing, service, operations, and support functions, ensuring cross-functional coordination and performance.
- Strengthen the company’s island-wide after-sales service network to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and instill a performance-driven culture.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and growing businesses in a competitive market.
